- JCG's team has successfully assisted numerous public agencies in the administration of Federal and State Labor Compliance (Prevailing Wage Rate) requirements on its small to large scale projects of similar nature and complexity;
- On-going Labor Compliance Monitoring and Enforcement.
- Research and interpret laws, codes, and regulations affecting the enforcement of prevailing wage rates;
- Maintain all compliance files and documents relating to prevailing wage activities;
- Conduct onsite interviews to determine wages paid to workers;

- Facilitation of hearings regarding appeals and, adjudication cases;
- Representation of clients before administrative, legal hearing entities; and
- Liaison with Federal, State, and local government enforcement/regulatory agencies.
